The Role: Your Responsibilities: Requirements:
The Inside Sales Engineer will provide technical sales support to Customers and Field Sales Engineers. As the Inside Sales Engineer, you will offer application assistance and identify cost-effective solutions for their heating and temperature control requirements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer applications, make product recommendations, expedite orders, and work with the CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) to enter orders, process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests, as required to provide internal and external customers with the best possible customer service.
