The Role:
As an Assembler, Level III, you will join our Manufacturing Team as a senior-level assembler responsible for complex builds, advanced troubleshooting, mentoring others, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform complex builds, including advanced brazing and soldering
- Troubleshoot advanced assembly issues and ensure compliance with all quality standards
- Lead or participate in SDT meetings
- Support and lead Kaizen and continuous improvement events
- Train and mentor junior assemblers
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Execute special assignments as directed by leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Our Requirements:
- 5 years in assembly or manufacturing
- Complex assemblies including advanced brazing and soldering
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments
- Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00
Salary : $22 - $25
