- Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
- Monitor and create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Implement QA processes, standards, and controls
- Analyze test results and prepare test summary reports
- Review and analyze software requirements for completeness, lack of ambiguity, and testability
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Collaborate with the engineering and design team to deliver comprehensive tests
- Use agile methodologies to ensure predictable work delivery
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
- Deeply learn the business needs and requirements to provide the best scalable software solution for users
- Assign project tickets and tasks
- Collaborate with other departments in terms of project updates

- Currently enrolled with an internship requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)

- Can quickly self-learn new technologies & find solutions to problems online
