The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with leadership to maintain and improve administrative, financial, HR, and operational systems, and to provide flexible support across the organization.
Location: Bellevue, NE
Required Skills:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large amounts of information.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and payroll practices and processes.
- Keen attention to detail with emphasis on quality control and timely submissions.
COMPUTER AND WORD PROCESSING SKILLS
- Must be proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn software systems quickly.
Additional bonus skills:
- 2-3 years of office administration experience – across all functions.
- Experience with complex systems, problem-solving, and coordinating program logistics and operations.
- Functional knowledge of Deltek Costpoint Time & Expense.
Essential Functions
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Must be able to read and write effectively in English
- Maintain positive and professional communication with clients, coworkers, and management
- Physical requirements: primarily sedentary with moderate walking; may carry light to moderately heavy items
