Shipping & Inventory Manager
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Manager to join our team. This position includes shipping and receiving, boxing and packaging orders, processing customer orders in QuickBooks, entering invoices and packing slips, maintaining inventory, answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with other daily business operations.
The right person must be organized, reliable, comfortable using a computer, and willing to learn. Experience with shipping, receiving, QuickBooks, UPS/FedEx systems, inventory, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
This is a hands-on role with room to grow. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the position and eventually move up within the company as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities include:
Shipping and receiving customer orders
Boxing, taping, labeling, and preparing shipments
Entering and processing orders in QuickBooks
Picking products from inventory
Receiving incoming shipments
Helping maintain accurate inventory
Answering phones and taking messages
Keeping the shipping and inventory area organized
Assisting with other office and warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Reliable and on time
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Ability to lift boxes and work on your feet
Willingness to learn
QuickBooks, UPS, FedEx, or inventory experience is a plus
