- Supervise daily activities, including sales and customer service operations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Close and open the bowling alley
- Handing money
- Closing paperwork
Skills
- Strong leadership with previous supervising experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedure
- Strong interpersonal skills with phone etiquette and customer service expertise
