Reporting to the Vice President, Operations this individual will be responsible for supporting the eComm day-today operations of the B2C and B2B business. This individual will be monitoring orders for exceptions/bottlenecks and resolving issues to ensure order SLAs are met.

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations this individual will be responsible for supporting the eComm day-today operations of the B2C and B2B business. This individual will be monitoring orders for exceptions/bottlenecks and resolving issues to ensure order SLAs are met.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain B2C and B2B orders for accuracy, ensuring successful fulfillment On Time and In Full
- Addressing and resolving order issues to ensure SLA remains intact, and report and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate team
- Respond to internal Consumer Care/Customer Service, and external customer order status inquiries
- Identify ongoing trends and repeat issues, recommending and supporting solution implementation
- Liaise and coordinate with the Warehouse Fulfillment teams, to support smooth and efficient fulfillment capacity
- Monitor and maintain eComm System integrations, including order and inventory flows
- Be the secondary user within eCommerce software system and be a “go to” for maintenance and updates
- Manage and Optimize eComm platform to suite business needs, including KPI metrics, reports, dashboards and user functionality
- Assist in optimal warehouse slotting for day to day operations and promotional opportunity
- Support B2C and B2B initiatives and enablement, including new features, product launches or process changes
- Generate Reports for all teams involved on eComm B2C and B2B operations and metrics
- Perform other duties as required
- Strong computer, database, and Excel skills
- Exceptional listening, communication (oral and written) and time management skills
- Strong analytical & data management skills and business acumen
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues and escalate effectively
- Ability to be detail-oriented and organized
- Warehouse ecommerce order fulfillment experience a plus
