Hardware Technician
Foster City, CA (5days onsite)
Contract Role
Day Shift: 8-10 hours Shift
Mode of Interview: 1 Video Interview and followed by F2F/In-Person Interview
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience assembling, inspecting, debugging, testing, & repairing PCBAs and cable harnesses.
Experience reading electrical schematics, circuit board files, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
Experience with EE lab equipment: soldering irons, DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc.
Experience with hardware tools: crimpers, wire strippers, torque drivers, calipers, power drills, etc
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or higher in electrical/electronics/mechanical technology, or equivalent.
Any of the following certifications: IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721.
Automotive industry experience, such as ECU assembly/testing, knowledge of SAE standards,
Experience working with external vendors for lab equipment procurement and/or maintenance.
Experience creating/redlining harness diagrams and writing technical documentation.
Experience conducting failure analysis and quality control inspections on PCBAs and harnesses.
Familiarity with Ubuntu working in Linux command line and/or Python script.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
