About the Role 

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help expand our client base. This is a pure sales role focused on outbound outreach, relationship building, and setting up new opportunities. 
 
You won’t be responsible for recruiting or filling jobs — our delivery team handles that. Your job is to open doors, start conversations, and bring in new clients. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking 

  • Identify companies with hiring needs 

  • Set meetings and introduce staffing solutions 

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders 

  • Track activity in CRM 

  • Partner with recruiting team to transition accounts 

  • Represent the company professionally 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Competitive and driven mindset 

  • Organized with strong follow-up habits 

  • Interest in sales or business development 

  • Coachable and eager to learn

  • Exposure to staffing or B2B sales 

  • Experience with LinkedIn or CRM tools
