About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help expand our client base. This is a pure sales role focused on outbound outreach, relationship building, and setting up new opportunities.
You won’t be responsible for recruiting or filling jobs — our delivery team handles that. Your job is to open doors, start conversations, and bring in new clients.
What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

Identify companies with hiring needs

Set meetings and introduce staffing solutions

Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders

Track activity in CRM

Partner with recruiting team to transition accounts

Represent the company professionally
