Job OverviewWe are hiring a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing execution systems in a PCBA / electronics manufacturing environment. This role supports Factory Logix setup, process flow, work instructions, and production data to ensure efficient, repeatable assembly operations.This ideal candidate for this position would have experience in Factory Logix MES system and PCBA manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimize Factory Logix MES workflowsTranslate PCBA processes into Factory Logix, including:SMT assemblyThrough-hole assemblyInspection (AOI and visual quality checkpoints)Test InstructionsConformal Coat InstructionRelease and support production work ordersManage customer documentation and specifications, and deviationsSupport engineering change notices (ECNs)Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teamsSupport ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 compliance and auditsDrive continuous improvement in manufacturing systems and data accuracyRequired Experience & SkillsExperience in PCBA.Experience with Factory Logix or similar MES / Manufacturing Execution SystemsUnderstanding of SMT and Thru hole processing, and inspectionAbility to read schematics, drawings, Gerber files, BOMs,Strong attention to detail and process control mindsetExperience supporting production in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with IPC standardsFamiliarity with ISO-regulated manufacturing preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
