Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients by name with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Guide patients to treatment or exam rooms while ensuring rooms are clean and organized and ready for care.
- Obtain and accurately record patient health information and keep electronic medical records (EMR) up to date.
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments and therapies
- Maintain treatment areas and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
- Support front desk operations as needed, including, scheduling, checking in/out patients, answering phones, processing payments, etc.
- Help maintain smooth patient flow and contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for each patient.
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred (experience in a chiropractic or therapy setting is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiency in a fast paced, team oriented environment and move quickly between patient rooms.
- Basic computer skills; experience with EMR systems is a plus.
