Production Cook/Driver

The SFK Production Team is responsible for preparing specialty items and recipes for distribution to all Spinato’s locations. This role requires strong attention to detail in recipe execution, food safety, and quality assurance, as well as organizational skills to manage ingredient ordering, supply tracking, and timely delivery of products. The Production Cook/Driver plays an essential role in maintaining consistency and quality across all Spinato’s restaurants.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook specialty items according to Spinato’s recipes and quality standards

· Ensure proper portioning, labeling, and packaging of all prepared items

· Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for production

· Monitor food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

· Coordinate and deliver prepared items from Spinato’s Family Kitchen to all restaurant locations

· Safely operate company vehicle, following all traffic laws and delivery protocols

· Maintain a clean and organized production kitchen and storage areas

· Assist in other food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in food preparation or commercial kitchen setting preferred

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Must be 18 years of age or older and have 2 or more years of driving experience with a safe driving record.

· Must have a valid driver's license and must carry the license when operating the vehicle

· Must be able to pass a drug test

· Food Handler’s Certificate required
