Responsibilities:
Applicant must be punctual, customer service oriented, hardworking, eager to learn, computer savvy, a team player, good at multi-tasking, and must have reliable transportation. This is a team environment. Everyone works together toward a common goal.
Main duties include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and messages
- Scheduling new patients
- Scheduling procedures
- Patient care
- Data entry with EMR system
- Customer service
- Coordinating with patients and other offices
- Multi-tasking
- Phone etiquette
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 08:00 am-4:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am-2:00 pm. No nights, no weekends, no holidays!
