About us:
A busy medical practice is looking for a FULL-TIME receptionist to join our team! Our office provides interventional pain management treatments with our primary emphasis on minimally invasive procedures.
Previous experience is helpful, but NOT required. Company is willing to train the right candidate. Join our growing team today!
Responsibilities:
Applicant must be punctual, customer service oriented, hardworking, comfortable deescalating situations, computer savvy, a team player, good at multi-tasking, and must have reliable transportation. This is a team environment. Everyone works together toward a common goal.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Check in/out clients.
- Take payments.
- Multitasking between in office patients, on phone patients, and in coming mail or faxes.
- Type, organize, and file office documents.
Schedule: You would be working four days a week. While this job is mainly in Provo, you may also be asked to go to our Lehi office at least one of those days. The hours are from 07:00 am-Close (4:30-5:00 pm) and Friday 7:00 am-Close (2:30-3:00 pm) Looking for someone who can be flexible on their day off to cover as needed. Never work another night, or weekend! **THIS IS A SET SCHEDULE. APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE SCHEDULE AS OUTLINED.
