Senior Project Manager - Media and Social

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead execution across media and social initiatives for multiple portfolio companies.

This role sits at the center of growth, working across paid media, organic social, creative, and content to ensure campaigns and programs are delivered efficiently and at a high standard.

You’ll partner closely with growth, creative, and operations teams to keep projects moving, align stakeholders, and ensure we’re executing against clear priorities and timelines.

This is not a “traditional” project management role. You will be working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where speed, organization, and adaptability are critical. We are also newly embedded in ClickUp, so you will need to know that tool at an expert-level or rapidly become one!

• Manage end-to-end execution of media and social initiatives across multiple portfolio companies
• Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and deliverables across paid and organic channels
• Coordinate across growth, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution

• Oversee campaign launches across paid social and organic channels
• Ensure content calendars, creative production, and media plans stay on track
• Track deliverables across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate communication, status updates, and project visibility
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively solve them

• Build and improve workflows that increase speed and efficiency
• Help implement systems for tracking performance, deliverables, and timelines
• Support testing and iteration cycles across creative and media

• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in media, social, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of paid and organic social media workflows
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong confidence and capability with ClickUp Project Management Tool. We are newly, but deeply, embedded in that platform.

• Experience working in an agency, startup, or venture studio environment
• Exposure to performance marketing or paid media
• Understanding of creative production workflows
• Experience working with AI or automation tools in marketing workflows

• Projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
