Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead lead generation, outreach, B2B marketing, and strategic partnerships for our EV charging and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business.
This role focuses on building strong connections with gated communities, residential & commercial property managers, and securing partnerships with high-growth brands such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit to scale infrastructure deployment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation, Outreach & B2B Marketing- Identify and generate leads across:
- Gated communities & residential societies
- Commercial real estate & office parks
- Property management firms
- Execute cold outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives (events, partnerships, on-ground activations, corporate tie-ups)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Initiate and develop partnerships with:
- E-commerce & quick-commerce brands (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit)
- Pitch EV charging & energy solutions for fleet operations and logistics hubs
- Collaborate with partners to deploy infrastructure at scale
- Identify new business opportunities in EV charging & BESS segments
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new locations and customer segments
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Present proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, tech) for execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration / Management
- Marketing / Sales
- Energy / Sustainability / Infrastructure-related fields
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Strategy
- Background in EV, energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience in B2B marketing or enterprise sales is a strong plus
- Strong network in one or more of the following:
- Real estate / property management
- Logistics / fleet operators
- Corporate partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Understanding of B2B marketing and partnership-driven growth
- Self-driven with high ownership mindset
- Degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with:
