**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to provide support to our executive team for our multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Duties:** - We are looking for someone who can assist and fill in at any of our retail and call center locations when needed. This candidate will also support the executive staff in any tasks that may arise.
**Requirements:** - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in event planning and coordination - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Strong proofreading and editing abilities - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Exceptional customer service skills. Facebook Marketplace experience is required.
