This employment opportunity typically spans from April through September depending on weather.
You will be required to take a small exam administered by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development to receive your Registered Pesticide Applicator credential. We will provide all study materials as well as pay for the exam fee.
Job Description
- Protecting families and businesses from pests by applying pesticides
- Follow all safety protocols with care and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally and politely to customers
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently (required for moving/using extension ladders)
- Plan efficient routes
- Document all daily activity and products used
- Work solo most days, with team on occasion
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
