We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client service and support overall team goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- General computer skills and efficiency
- Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and analysis skills
- Experience with outbound calling and customer service software is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment during peak seasonal periods
