Key Responsibilities
● Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise and upper
mid-market accounts.
● Manage a monthly quota, consistently driving pipeline growth and conversion.
● Conduct in-depth consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and position
SpiceX’s AI-powered solutions effectively.
● Maintain CRM discipline and execute structured sales sequences to nurture
relationships and move deals forward.
● Leverage qualification methodologies to assess prospects and prioritize high-value
opportunities.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering to refine
go-to-market strategies.
● Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly within the contact center and communications
space.
● Represent SpiceX at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build
brand awareness and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background:
● 5 years of sales experience in enterprise or upper mid-market B2B technology sales.
● Proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions with an enterprise-level sales
cycle.
● Experience with contact center, CRM, or communications technology is a huge plus.
● Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI, and modern sales methodologies.
Skills & Competencies:
● Excellent communication & consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor value
propositions to enterprise buyers.
● Strong research skills to map complex organizations and uncover key stakeholders.
● Process-driven mindset with the ability to execute structured sales motions.
● Proficiency in CRM rigor and sales technology, ensuring disciplined deal tracking.
● Ability to navigate enterprise procurement processes and close six-figure deals.
