CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high-level detailed accuracy while preserving customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP.
- Background in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Training or certification in sales techniques or customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints, propose appropriate solutions within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Enter and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and comprehension.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate and qualify sales leads to support business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
