WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS:
In this Customer Service Representative role, you spend your day engaging directly with customers, ensuring each interaction leaves them with a positive impression. You handle phone calls, emails, and chats, always providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. You're solving problems, processig customer requests, processing delivery and service sales, updating customer records with precision, and collaborating with colleagues to elevate the overall customer experience. You also take ownership of processing accounts payable invoices, giving you a well-rounded mix of administrative and customer-focused work.
Our Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computers and O365 programs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer service experience in an office setting is preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degrees are a plus
