My client, an international manufacturer is searching for a Sales Marketing CRM Specialist. My client works across multiple industries: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, and Medical Device, Aerospace/Defense contractors across the US and Internationally. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing CRM processes that improve sales follow-up, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will build automated customer journeys, sales campaigns, and follow-up workflows that help the Sales team nurture leads, maintain customer relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Duties:

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Design and execute Dynamics CRM campaigns focused on lead nurturing, customer retention, re-engagement, and cross-sell or upsell initiatives.
• Automated Customer Journeys: Build and manage automated customer journeys with optimized communication channels and touchpoints tailored to customer needs and purchase history.
• Workflow and Follow-Up Automation: Develop event-driven triggers, automated workflows, and standardized follow-up strategies to ensure timely outreach across all sales stages.
• Targeted Audience Segmentation: Build dynamic customer segments based on behavior, sales activity, past purchases, and product interest to personalize engagement.
• Sales Collaboration and Process Optimization: Partner closely with the Sales team to identify workflow bottlenecks, eliminate manual administrative tasks, and streamline the overall sales cycle through automation.
• Performance Monitoring and CRM Governance: Track and evaluate campaign, journey, and sales metrics to drive continuous improvements while maintaining high CRM data quality and team adoption.

The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of experience with CRM systems, sales operations, sales automation. Proven understanding of the sales funnel, lead management, customer lifecycle, and sales follow-up processes. Hands-on experience building CRM workflows, automated follow-ups, customer journeys, campaigns, triggers, and customer segments. Experience developing upsell, cross-sell, lead nurturing, and customer re engagement strategies.
