Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Inside Sales Professional to join our manufacturing team onsite. This vital role will provide direct internal support to our busy sales team, ensuring seamless customer communication, efficient order processing, and strong cross-departmental coordination. Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Base salary of $70,000 – $85,000 annually plus eligibility for a 10% incentive bonus upon achieving company goals.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide day-to-day internal sales while assisting account managers and customers.
• Process incoming orders, prepare quotes, and track customer inquiries from initial contact through completion.
• Act as the internal liaison between sales, production, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and sales documentation in company databases.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or administrative delays to keep sales workflows moving efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative support within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with sales order systems, ERP/CRM software, and basic office applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
