Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead on-site HR operations at our Salt Lake City facility. In this role, you will be the primary HR point of contact for an active workforce of employees, driving talent acquisition, supporting employee engagement, managing HR compliance, and serving as a strategic partner to warehouse leadership.
This is a 100% on-site role ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong initiative, and enjoys being directly connected to the workforce on the facility floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Engagement: Cultivate strong partner relationships across all levels. Drive initiatives that improve morale, foster a collaborative culture, and increase retention.
- Employee Relations & Guidance: Provide clear HR guidance to line management. Conduct thorough, objective investigations for complex employee relations issues.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Proactively recruit for open roles, partner with employment agencies, and continually refine the onboarding process to deliver an exceptional team member experience.
- Field HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions in the facility, including employee file management and training assistance.
- Compliance & HR Metrics: Analyze trends and metrics alongside leadership to develop proactive HR policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Workforce Scale: Direct experience onboarding and supporting workforce populations of 120–200 employees.
- Language: General Spanish-speaking skills preferred (Bilingual in English and Spanish).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and SharePoint). UKG experience is a plus. (HRIS experience)
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in fast-moving or ambiguous situations.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
