Looking for extra money for the holidays? Hiring ASAP!! We are looking for a temporary, experienced Human Resource Manager for a Oil and Gas company located in Tatum TX. This position will last for 3-4 months. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is DOE.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience analyzing and resolving employee issues, providing advice and counseling to managers and supervisors.
- Critical skills thinking & problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail is required with a focus on data quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be organized and able to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Experience working with HR record software preferred.
- Experience working in a large utilities or energy company is desirable.
Key responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for specialized roles, which may involve working with recruitment agencies and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding and Training: Developing and implementing orientation programs for new hires and coordinating ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Employee Relations: Acting as an advisor to management on HR issues, handling employee concerns, and managing employee relations and engagement programs.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and the unique safety and environmental regulations of the oil and gas industry.
- Performance Management: Overseeing the performance management process and supporting managers in addressing performance issues.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee benefits, payroll coordination, and managing compensation strategies.
- Data and Administration: Maintaining employee records, coordinating HR events, and managing HR-related data and systems.
