We're seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to support daily order processing, shipping, and inventory activities for our San Jose operation. You will manage orders from the back end, sitting with the shipping and receiving team in an office setting. You will coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer service to ensure accurate and on time deliveries.Key Responsibilities• Process customer orders accurately using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.• Manage domestic and international shipments, including all packing lists, labels, and required documentation.• Coordinate with carriers and freight partners to schedule pickups.• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues quickly.• Maintain accurate order status across all systems.• Support basic inventory tasks and cycle counts.• Follow company quality and safety procedures.• Support ERP transition work if the company moves from one ERP platform to another.Required Qualifications• Proven experience in order fulfillment or shipping.• Strong domestic and international shipping experience with clear understanding of required documentation.• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.• Experience supporting an ERP transition is preferred.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to lift up to thirty pounds for occasional light warehouse needs.• Reliable and committed to the Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM scheduleCompany DescriptionWe're a national recruiting and staffing enterprise that blends the resources of the world's largest talent company with the local insights of our independent franchise owners.
