Our client is looking to add a trusted tax advisor to deliver both hands-on tax preparation and high-level strategic tax planning. This role is critical to the launch of their in-house tax advisory services. You will work closely with their team of wealth managers and directly with clients to provide personalized, proactive guidance that aligns financial and tax strategies

Responsibilities
- Deliver tax advisory and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Prepare and review tax returns
- Partner closely with Investment Advisors to align financial and tax strategies
- Develop internal best practices for expanding tax capabilities under the firms umbrella
- Build trusted relationships with existing clients and assist in expanding the firms service offering
- Minimum 5 year experience in tax advisory or planning (flexible based on depth of experience)
- Background in CPA firm, financial advisory/tax strategy, or wealth management preferred
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
- High attention to detail, strong performance track record and low risk of error is essential given high client retention focus
- Interest in long-term growth and alignment with a team invested in shared success
- Ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset and potentially an existing book of business
- CPA strongly preferred
