Quality Manager – Lead a High-Profile Plant Restart (Beverage/Juice)

We are restarting a premier orange juice processing facility in Florida, and we need a Quality Manager who is more than just a supervisor—we need a systems architect. If you have spent your career in food/beverage manufacturing and are looking for a role where you can build a department in your own image, this is it.
Why this role? You won’t just be following a manual; you’ll be writing it. You will own the FSMA and Juice HACCP programs, lead validation for new CIP systems, and act as the site’s ultimate authority on food safety and product release.
What you bring:
- The "Builder" Mindset: You’ve successfully led a plant startup, a major system overhaul, or a facility restart.
- The Credentials: PCQI and HACCP certifications are a must. You know 21 CFR 117 and 120 like the back of your hand.
- The Experience: 5-7 years in food/bev manufacturing, with specific experience defending your facility during FDA inspections.
- Technical Edge: You understand thermal processing and validation.
What we offer: The opportunity to lead a dedicated team and report directly to the US Director of Quality. You will have the authority to stop production, manage the lab, and shape the food safety culture of the site.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
