Industrial Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) Direct Hire

Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $32.63/Hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Work 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Responsibilities:

• As a Maintenance Technician, your expertise will be used to keep production machinery running safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems when machines go down.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on conveyors, motors, and high-speed production machinery to prevent future issues.
• Electronics & PLCs: Work with PLCs and HMI systems to diagnose and resolve electronic faults.
• Read Schematics: Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to complete repairs accurately.
• Facility Upgrades: Assist with new equipment installations and ongoing facility upgrades.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

• Previous experience with Industrial Maintenance

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical degree.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of electrical circuits, motors, and mechanical drives.
• Tools of the Trade: Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment like multimeters and calipers.
• Mindset: A safety-first attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
