What You’ll Do
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Identify and engage decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses
- Run sales conversations, present solutions, and close new business
- Manage and nurture relationships to maximize long-term value
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and strategy
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipeline from scratch
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM tools (or quick to learn)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Experience selling HR services, SaaS, or B2B solutions
- Background in territory planning or outbound strategy
- Data-driven approach to improving sales performance
