Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Integration
- Design and implement custom solutions leveraging BigPanda’s platform for event ingestion and incident sharing.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Account Managers, Sales, and Engineering to capture customer/prospect feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Ensure measurable impact and customer success through solution adoption.
- Customer-Facing & Handoff
- Partner with Customer Success / Professional Services teams to ensure smooth transition from POC to live deployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to adopt and expand the platform, identify additional use-cases, and achieve business outcomes.
- Present and influence technical and executive stakeholders (SRE, NOC, CIO/VP Ops) on BigPanda’s role in digital transformation and operational resilience.
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar in enterprise SaaS (preferably AIOps, observability, ITSM/ITOM).
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), REST APIs, and scripting in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Verbal and written communication skills; able to present technical content to non-technical audiences and customers.
- Consultative mindset: listen to clients, ask insightful questions, and propose compelling solutions rather than just demos.
- Background in AIOps, IT monitoring, or incident management platforms.
- Previous experience in solutions delivery roles.
