Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Construction Manager with institutional-grade experience and a comprehensive understanding of all phases of construction and real estate development. The ideal candidate will be execution-focused, analytically sharp, and an effective communicator and team leader.
Key Responsibilities
Construction
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities from pre-construction through closeout.
- Collaborate closely with internal development, design, and finance teams to ensure aligned project execution.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance—particularly within Florida jurisdictions.
- Maintain and track construction budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Enforce high standards for quality control, safety, and job site cleanliness.
- Identify and resolve design or field issues in real time.
- Serve as the owner’s representative in field meetings, municipal reviews, and construction progress reporting.
- Proven track record of outstanding execution.

Development
- Coordinate Due Diligence in new land acquisitions.
- Origination and Pipeline management.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of construction management experience, ideally in institutional-grade or high-end residential/mixed-use development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of zoning, entitlements, permitting, and building codes in Florida.
- Strong technical knowledge, project management and proven ability to lead complex builds from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoDesk, Bluebeam, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic under pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required.
