Manager of District Partnerships
The Position
SPG is seeking a talented and motivated Manager of District Partnerships (MDP) to join our District Partnerships team to grow our presence across the Northeast. The MDP will balance active selling, identifying and engaging new district opportunities, with passive selling, cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships that lead to future business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a large, diverse territory, navigating complex decision-making structures in the K–12 market, and selling through a consultative, district-first approach. This role is both entrepreneurial and collaborative, requiring strong personal accountability as well as alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role operates remotely, requiring regular travel throughout the Northeast. Must be located in the Northeast.

SPG Therapy & Education is a highly regarded team of Speech Language Pathologists (“SLP”)/Speech Language Pathologist Assistants, Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Registered Behavior Technicians, Occupation Therapists, Physical Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, Psychologists, Education Technicians, and Teachers working in schools and clinics in California since 1989. Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or business development experience preferably in special education services.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex K–12 decision-making environments.
- Familiarity with California’s K–12 education landscape and district structures.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and commitment to accurate pipeline management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Northeast.
- Strong listener with the ability to connect authentically and build trust.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive spirit and resilience.
- Intelligent and driven to succeed, with a high energy level and bias for action.
- Must be located in the Northeast.
Compensation
$90K-$110K commission
