Job description
We are looking for a litigation attorney in metro-Atlanta with 0-10 years of experience to add to our growing firm who can assist with an active caseload of primarily civil litigation matters. Someone experienced with trucking litigation is preferred, but not required. The most important attribute is someone capable of handing numerous litigation files in various stages of litigation and bringing them to conclusion.
The physical office is located near downtown Alpharetta. This position is primarily an in-office position.
This individual will work with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals on discovery, pleadings, medical record acquisition and review, deposition and hearing attendance, and other trial and mediation preparation and attendance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small firm that has a well-developed and diverse client base with an opportunity to grow with the firm. Given the relatively small size of the litigation team, the ideal candidate will be expected to actively and directly interact and work on maintaining and building client relationships. The work will consist mostly of working on commercial auto and trucking cases. This person will work primarily in-person in our office, but some remote work might be permitted, and out-of-office work might occasionally be required.
