Our AmLaw national firm known for excellence in litigation, strategic client advocacy, and an empowering work culture is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. You will work alongside accomplished attorneys in a collaborative environment, handling a variety of complex commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, and appellate.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in and lead depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication.
- Stay current with relevant laws and industry trends impacting client cases.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the
- Experience: 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience. Trial experience is a plus.
- Previous Experience: AmLaw experience highly preferred.
