Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plumber / Drill Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist licensed plumbers and drilling operators in day-to-day field operations, installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing and drilling trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of water systems.
- Support drilling operations by setting up and operating equipment under supervision.
- Prepare and clean work areas, tools, and materials.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, drilling, or construction preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation & valid drivers license.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to undergo background check & pass a drug test.
- CDL not required but a plus

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime or weekend work
