SPERRY Retail Group is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Licensed Real Estate Associate to support our growing retail real estate brokerage platform throughout Northern New England. This position is designed for an individual who enjoys client interaction, market research, property tours, business development, and transaction support while working directly with experienced commercial real estate professionals.
SPERRY Retail Group specializes in retail leasing, investment sales, and site selection.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting leasing, investment sales, prospecting, marketing, and client service initiatives across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
This is a part-time, in-office W-2 position based in Bedford, New Hampshire.
SPERRY Retail Group operates under SPERRY-Commercial Realty Associates located at 169 South River Road, Bedford, NH.
Primary Responsibilities
Brokerage & Client Support
• Conduct property tours and showings.
• Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries.
• Outbound outreach for lease listings.
• Support the team’s retail brokers in maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and industry professionals.
Business Development & Prospecting
• Research shopping center owners, retail property owners, and investment property owners.
• Develop and maintain prospect databases.
• Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
• Identify ownership opportunities, upcoming lease expirations, and potential investment sale assignments.
• Support market intelligence efforts and ownership research.
Transaction Coordination
• Assist with Letters of Intent, proposals, and transaction documentation.
• Track contract deadlines and transaction milestones
• Track active transactions and critical deadlines.
• Marketing & Administrative Support
• Assist with listing preparation, marketing packages, and property presentations.
• Coordinate photography, signage, online listings, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with comparative market analyses, Broker Opinion of Value assignments, and property research.
Qualifications
Required
• Active New Hampshire Real Estate License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM, prospecting, and commercial real estate software
platforms.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Hampshire and
surrounding markets.
Preferred
• Commercial real estate experience or the desire to learn about Commercial real estate.
• Experience with CREXI, LoopNet, CoStar, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of retail real estate, leasing, investment sales, or property management.
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Business Experience
Compensation & Schedule
• Part-Time W-2 Employee
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week with high degree of flexibility.
• This is an in-office position at our Bedford office.
• Compensation: $25.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
• Company-provided computer and business tools
Real Estate License & Brokerage Affiliation
This position requires active affiliation with SPERRY Commercial Real Estate Associates.
Employee-generated leads, prospects, listings, tenant representation assignments, buyer representation assignments, and related business opportunities developed during employment shall be managed through SPERRY Commercial Real Estate Associates in accordance with company policies.
