What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Property Maintenance Lead position at Prime Real Estate Management?
We are seeking a dependable, versatile, and motivated individual to join our growing commercial property maintenance and construction company as a Field Operations Lead. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable managing day-to-day field operations while also working alongside the crew and helping grow the business over time.
The right candidate will be capable of handling a wide variety of responsibilities including commercial landscaping, snow operations, light construction, property maintenance, basic plumbing/carpentry repairs, jobsite coordination, client interaction, scheduling, and estimating smaller projects. This is not a narrowly defined position — every day can be different, and adaptability is important.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company instead of being limited to one specific task or trade. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, communicate professionally with clients, and help maintain a high standard of service across multiple properties and projects.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekends or extended hours during snow events, emergency calls, or larger projects.
Compensation will be based on experience and overall capability, with additional incentive opportunities tied to helping bring in and grow new business. An insurance stipend and long-term growth opportunity are also available for the right candidate.
