What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions.
- Develop strategies to source and engage top IT and Engineering talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage consultant relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify key accounts and market trends.
