Pay Range*: Between $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Technical Recruiter - Data Center, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
- Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
- Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
- Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment.
- Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction.
- Knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments
