Senior Civil Engineer – Water/Wastewater | Spokane, WA
A well-established, multi-discipline engineering and consulting firm is looking to add a Senior Civil Engineer to their Spokane team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced civil engineer who wants to take on a mix of technical design work, client-facing responsibility, and mentorship within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead civil engineering work spanning water/wastewater process engineering and land development
- Manage site and grading design, stormwater systems, and NPDES compliance
- Support utility and facility planning for municipal, public utility, and industrial clients
- Coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines on project teams
- Partner with senior leadership and business development on proposals and client growth
- Mentor and help build out a collaborative engineering team
- Represent the firm's capabilities in the local engineering and public agency community
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's or AAEE Diplomate a plus)
- Active PE license required
- 10 years of professional civil engineering experience
- Strong preference for experience designing public water/wastewater treatment facilities
- Prime consultant experience preferred
- Comfort working with state/local agencies and health district requirements
- Strong project management, client management, and business development skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Salary : $115 - $150
