As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office by providing support to the Wraparound team. Your responsibilities will include assisting visitors, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You'll be a crucial part of our team, helping to ensure that daily operations run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Support the Wrapround program with various administrative tasks. Duties may include managing incoming calls, greeting/assisting visitors, and overseeing mail.
- Scheduling: Manage conference rooms and vehicle availability for employees.
- Purchasing: Monitor supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Other: Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and previous office/administrative experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Skills: Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must have the ability to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people.
Miscellaneous: Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be willing to travel to other agency locations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.69 - $18.13 per hour
