We’re looking for dependable Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. If you’re skilled with heavy equipment and thrive in fast-paced, outdoor work environments, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Operate snow removal equipment — including plows, loaders, snow blowers, and spreaders — to clear snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and roadways.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, brine, etc.) to keep surfaces safe.
- Conduct equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor.
- Work safely and professionally while representing Treasure Valley Landscape on client sites.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience operating snow removal equipment (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours — including nights, weekends, and holidays — during snow events.
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work.
