We’re looking for dependable Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. If you’re skilled with heavy equipment and thrive in fast-paced, outdoor work environments, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate snow removal equipment — including plows, loaders, snow blowers, and spreaders — to clear snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and roadways.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, brine, etc.) to keep surfaces safe.
• Conduct equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Work safely and professionally while representing Treasure Valley Landscape on client sites.
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience operating snow removal equipment (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours — including nights, weekends, and holidays — during snow events.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work.
