Idaho Transportation Department is seeking an individual who is hardworking and interested in a seasonal snow removal equipment operator position. This individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as with a team to provide a high-quality service.
AClass B (or greater) CDL is requiredand training will be provided to operate the equipment.
Hourly Rates Are Based On Snowplow Experience
0 to 2 winter seasons = $21.05
2.1 - 3.9 winter seasons = $22.60
4 winter seasons = $24.14
6 winter seasons = $25.83

General Information
- This work involves working in all types of weather conditions, under hazardous conditions, on congested highways, around operating equipment and in a noisy environment
- Working irregular shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays is frequently required
- This work involves physically demanding tasks such as clearing brush and lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Applying for this job indicates that you are willing and physically able to meet the requirements as stated above
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating vehicles with manual transmissions
- Class A or B CDL is required
