Responsibilities
* Evaluate and defend workers compensation claims throughout the legal process
* Represent clients in court proceedings
* Work effectively with judges and opposing counsel
* Prepare for trials and other proceedings with thorough analysis and documentation
* Advise and counsel clients
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in workers compensation (claimant or defense) and/or related matters
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree
* Licensed to practice law in Kansas
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
