In this role, you’ll work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial disputes, collaborating closely with experienced attorneys and building strong, long-term client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Work on all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice, through trial or other resolution
- Work directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex business disputes
Qualifications:
- 3–10 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Desire to transition into business/commercial litigation
- Ability to manage cases and work both independently and as part of a team
