We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Superintendent to join our team in Cheyenne. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of our Data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all mechanical subcontractors on site
- Ensure that all mechanical systems are installed correctly and meet project specifications
- Schedule and oversee inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on progress
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
