Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital. Responsibilities: Maintains all hospital campus, clinics, outlying properties including but not limited to grounds, including park and all landscape areas Working knowledge and upkeep, vehicles - service and cleaning, equipment maintenance Sprinkler system General maintenance duties Requirements: Valid IA driver's license Must be a caring communicator and have a positive, team-player attitude HS Diploma or equivalent required Flexibility to work before or after hours for snow events or off hour projects Schedule: 72 hours a pay period M-F, 7a-3:30p On-call every 9 weeks The schedule will fluctuate based upon the needs of the department Spencer Hospital offers competitive wages, affordable insurance, IPERS retirement, in-house education, paid time off, family gym membership and so much more!
