Position Overview
We’re hiring experienced and motivated HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you specialize in installing new systems or servicing and maintaining existing ones, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems (residential and light commercial)
- Diagnose system issues, provide accurate solutions, and complete repairs efficiently
- Install HVAC equipment including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, and ductwork modifications
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company, manufacturer, and safety guidelines on every job
- Document work performed and note any follow-up needs or recommendations
- Represent Spencer Heating & Air with integrity, courtesy, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair systems
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and follow manufacturer specifications
- EPA certification preferred
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in varying conditions
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
